packed for an event
So from start to finish, it took me 90 minutes to pack my car for this event. I have one blanket, day clothes, and the stuff from the bathroom to pack up. Oh, and my broom. And some booze. It was odd today. I was mostly good but I just really had a huge adrenaline thing going for parts of the afternoon. I tried to work it off this evening with pell work. With a long walk. Now with a bit of booze, it seems to be settling down. And wow. It's not PMS - its source I do not know. Something. I got through the day and got my work done and am now doing laundry. And enjoying this movie.
So how do I harness this, how do I trigger it and target it towards becoming stronger, more directed towards being who I am becoming.
