Travel is not kind to this man...
Yngvar should be in Rochester by now. But his plane 'broke' in Little Rock and he just now got to Chicago. Lu doesn't know how long it will be before he hits Minneapolis and then makes it home. Well. Down to Rochester where he is spending a couple of days here. Then he'll go up to his parents. Home? it's where Uncle Sugar tells him his home is at for a couple of years, now.
He's got a problem when it comes to travel, I think. At least this leg of his journey. Maybe this is going to get it all over with so the remainder of his tour is smooth. That would be nice, wouldn't it?
I'm hoping to fight him on Sunday. We'll see. If I stay drunk for the next two days, though...it's tasty. Sorry, it just is. I meant to work on a sword tonight and family was over and then we watched 'spiderpig: the movie". I know it is The Simpson's Movie but that's the music I remember. And after watching it, well, I think I wasted my money. I guess I just don't understand the humor - Homer and Bart's relationship is not easy to fathom in watching just the one movie. So I'm drinking water to come off the nice buzz of the evening. omg. "Together we can stop graveyard babies." I wonder if Taryn can identify what movie that quote is from?? I'll have to ask on Monday, or Wednesday. Not sure when she is back on line. It's 11:11 pm and I'm watching a bit of SciFi while typing this up and talking to friends in IM.
OK, no more SciFi. Tasha Yar is messing up an embalming. Totally ick. I guess her character in this movie gets zombie-fied so no need to watch it. Another coming of age movie with a gruesome twist.
I'm going to nap on the sofa so the Baby Bomber isn't alone. Gin is out with friends. But to do that, I got to displace a cat who is snoring. sigh. Am I that cruel? But my buzz is long gone. And Yngvar will not hit the Cities until 1ish, I hear now.
